Klarissa and Ky did some fiddling for the square dancers. It was a 2 hour performance. Each Ward in the Stake participated. We had people of all ages participate. The primary kids did the electric slide, it was a hoot! I would of posted more pictures of the kids doing other dances, but my kids are tall and they are always in the back and that doesn't make for the best pictures.

The event was called "do Mormons dance?" They preformed dances from the 20's all the way through now. It's funny that they called it do Mormons dance but when I was growing up in California some of the kids at High School really believed Mormons don't dance. Well for the record....yes they do, and they do a pretty darn good job at it!

THey left out so much of the good stuff though. WHat happened to the 1995 butterfly? What about headbanging? What about the running man? and the roger rabbit? I would have sat through another hour to make it a mind-blowing three total if I got to see that.
People ask me all the time if mormon's dance. Yes, they do, but this mormon doesn't!
They must have learned all those moves from their Mama. Sean has a stake dance tonight, but is opting out to take his hunny go-carting. However, he is one of the best dancers in the stake. Wonder where he got that talent from?
